Position Overview

Your role will involve identifying customer needs, matching those needs with our service offerings, and driving business growth, retention, and expansion of both new and existing customers through excellent customer satisfaction. You will achieve results through lead conversion and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inform clients about company procedures and applicable financial institutions regarding finance applications.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback to improve service.
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with speed and efficiency.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
  • Develop the business to reach set monthly sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
  • Manage customer escalations and provide feedback.
  • Update the Lead Management System with feedback on leads.
  • Record all activities on required reports.
  • Participate in sales and team meetings.
  • Attend sales training sessions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience

  • 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Relevant industry experience is desirable.

Minimum Qualification

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
  • NCA accreditation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Call centre sales experience.
  • Computer literate with high competence in Excel and Outlook.
  • Valid South African ID document.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
