Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AR Assistant for the SADC region to support our Health division. In this role, you will manage the accounts receivable function for assigned customers. You will play a key part in driving company growth by managing customer relations and influencing sales through efficient financial processes. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships of trust with customers.
- Manage company receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Oversee the settlement of customer payables, including trade spends.
- Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts.
- Meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor performance and report data through regular dashboards.
- Develop and implement tools to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer master data.
- Ensure all activities follow internal controls and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A BCom degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Sales Finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Turbo and intermediate Excel skills.
- Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
