Role Overview
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a dedicated Electrical Artisan Aid to join our team at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital. In this role, you will support the electrical team with both scheduled and emergency maintenance. Your work will ensure a safe, high-quality environment that meets all service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks.
- Support installation work, including cable pulling, wall chasing, and conduit installation.
- Keep workshops, substations, and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety regulations, use the correct protective gear (PPE), and report any hazards.
- Work professionally with internal teams to resolve maintenance requests within the required timeframe.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) and a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or N6 Certificate.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an electrical maintenance environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure. You should have a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
