Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Painting.
• A valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

Production and Design

• Create designs based on client specifications and equipment capabilities.
• Produce high-quality work using materials and tools according to industry standards.
• Perform quality checks on all completed projects.

Maintenance and Repairs

• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify any technical faults.
• Repair equipment and facilities to meet required safety and quality standards.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly.
• Maintain and service tools to keep them in good working condition.

Administration and Supervision

• Maintain accurate records and registers of all repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and submit detailed work reports.
• Provide input for operational planning and budgeting.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and procedures in the painting industry.
