Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Technicians, setting an example through hands-on work.
• Proactively manage property maintenance to ensure all facilities work perfectly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the department.
