Your Role
As an Assistant Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your goal is to provide helpful, timely, and professional support across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues and track requests from start to finish.
- Identify the root cause of problems to help improve our service.

- Stay organized and efficient, even during busy periods or high call volumes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A “customer-first” mindset and a proactive work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and solid administrative skills.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
