Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or Business Administration.
- At least four years of professional experience.
- Of the four years, two years must be functional experience within a Board Services or secretariat environment.
- Two years of experience must be at a supervisory level.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Facilitate and oversee investigations regarding national appeal cases referred by various provinces.
- Coordinate administrative and support services for the Board.
- Provide technical support and manage enquiries referred to the Fund from offices such as the Minister, Public Protector, Director General, and Commissioner.
- Manage all sub-directorate resources, including personnel, finances, and equipment or assets.
