Requirements
- A three-year tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, or Law.
- A valid driver’s license.
- At least two (2) years of functional experience in Labour Relations or Collective Bargaining.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role.
Knowledge Areas
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of:
- Public service transformation and management issues.
- The Public Service Act and Public Service Regulations.
- Departmental policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
- Batho Pele Principles.
- How to convert policy into practical action.
Key Skills
- Management: Ability to lead high-performance teams, project management, and financial administration.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal relations.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and innovative approach to challenges.
