Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 plus a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Economics, Finance, Investment Management, or Policy Analysis. A Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in any of these fields is an added advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial market operations.
- Technical Skills: Proven knowledge and experience in quantitative research methodologies and market analyses.
- Market Knowledge: Experience dealing with various foreign interest rate markets and different currencies.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis of domestic and foreign debt management and reporting.
