Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences.
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in direct patient care.
- Proven experience in health data analysis or managing health information systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
The following will be considered an added advantage:
- A postgraduate degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Experience in health quality management, case management, or project management within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the submission and monitoring of Annual Returns (AR) and the Early Warning System (EWS) for health establishments.
- Help develop and implement operational guidelines, procedures, and protocols for these systems.
- Monitor and verify that all submitted data is complete, accurate, and provided on time to ensure high data quality.
- Provide technical support to health facilities and internal teams.
- Maintain and monitor the national register of health establishments.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the unit.
