Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as Assistant Directors for the Education Management Information System (EMIS). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing data management, information systems, and team leadership to support our educational goals.
Job Requirements
- Education: A recognized NQF Level 6 or higher qualification in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or Statistics.
- Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in a related field. This must include three (3) years at a supervisory or lower management level (Level 7/8).
- Driving: A valid vehicle driver’s license is required (except for applicants with disabilities).
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of Public Service legislation, policies, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in human resource and financial management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
