Role Overview
The Limpopo Department of Education is looking for two dedicated Assistant Directors to join our team. This role focuses on managing Labour Relations and Wellness Services. We are seeking professionals with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of public service regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- A recognized NQF level 6 qualification.
- Additional qualifications in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or Labour Relations will be considered an advantage.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience at a supervisory or lower management level (Level 7 or 8).
- A valid driver’s license (waived for persons with disabilities).
Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Public Service legislation, policies, and frameworks.
- Strong skills in financial and human resource management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
