Job Purpose

The department is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Assistant Director. This position focuses on integrating youth and persons with disabilities into departmental programs and ensuring compliance with national standards.

Minimum Requirements

• A recognized undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Management, Disability Studies, Law, Social Sciences, or Public Policy.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
• Knowledge of Government prescripts, the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), and Public Service Regulations.
• A solid understanding of court processes.
