Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and experienced Assistant Director to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on recruitment, selection, HR planning, and managing information systems.
Requirements
- Education: A National Senior Certificate (Matric) plus a recognized undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Management, or Public Administration.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resource Management at a supervisory level.
- Technical Skills: A valid PERSAL Certificate or official PERSAL results.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required (this requirement does not apply to applicants with disabilities).
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure the department attracts the right talent.
- Manage HR planning and information systems to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and national HR regulations.
- Provide supervisory leadership to the HR team.
