Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A recognized 3-year post-matric qualification (Degree or National Diploma) in Human Resource Management, Public Management, or Industrial Psychology.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working in Human Resources.

Key Knowledge Areas

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of:

• Workforce planning processes and post-provisioning systems.
• Public service and educator prescripts.
• Relevant labor legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the Employment of Educators Act, the Public Service Act, the South African Schools Act, and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA).
