Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to provide general assistance and support across our operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your daily tasks will include:
- Working with site teams to help meet operational goals.
- Performing daily inspections of your assigned area and reporting any hazards or issues.
- Assisting with pipeline and valve operations under supervision.
- Helping solve operational challenges and reporting any problems to the site team.
- Carrying out general site duties as needed to support operations.
- Keeping work areas clean and safe through regular housekeeping.
- Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned tasks.
- Staying compliant with all company safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience.
Skills and Attributes
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and a high level of safety awareness.
General Requirements
- Must pass all screenings, including a criminal record check.
- Must be prepared to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime.
- Must be physically, mentally, and medically fit for site work.
