The Role
We are looking for a professional and energetic Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be the right hand to the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring that every room and public area meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
The ideal candidate is someone who pays attention to the smallest details and is passionate about delivering extraordinary service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are prepared to perfection.
- Work proactively to resolve any guest concerns and ensure a positive stay.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operations and smooth running of the department.
- Foster a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction.
