Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager to join our technical team. This role focuses on the management and supervision of water and sanitation services within the municipality. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven leadership skills.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Grade 12 certificate.
- A National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience, specifically in the water and sanitation sector.
- Proven competence in project management.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and specialized flowchart software.
- A valid driver’s license.
