TFG is a leading South African fashion and lifestyle retailer. We own 22 popular brands covering fashion, home wear, sportswear, jewelry, and cellular products. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our Sportscene team at Canal Walk.
Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead the store team to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Work to meet and exceed monthly turnover targets.
- Financial Control: Manage store expenses and reduce stock loss (shrinkage).
- Team Leadership: Assist with recruiting, training, and managing staff performance.
- Merchandising: Ensure the store looks great by following brand display standards.
- Customer Service: Provide a high-quality shopping experience for every customer.
Requirements
- A Grade 12 qualification (Matric).
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative environment.
- Previous experience in retail management is required.
