The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and ensure the store runs successfully. Your main goals will be to provide a great customer experience and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive work culture that inspires staff and prepares them for future leadership roles.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Use your commercial skills to identify sales opportunities and improve store performance.
- Help manage staff schedules and wage budgets to meet productivity targets.
- Act as an ambassador for the Cotton On Group Foundation, supporting life-changing projects around the world.
