The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with our retail leadership team to ensure our store delivers a world-class experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting store management in executing key business strategies.
- Ensuring the store remains an inviting space that reflects our brand values.
- Overseeing and coaching sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sharing your passion for cooking and helping customers learn about our products.
- Managing internal operational processes and resolving daily store concerns.
- Ensuring all business procedures are followed to keep operations running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a premium retail environment.
- Previous experience in a store management or leadership position.
- A strong focus on customer service and business growth.
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) and stock management systems.
- Comfort working with modern technology and business software.
- A Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
