Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Town Planner to join our team. In this role, you will help manage land use applications, ensure compliance with planning regulations, and provide support for the municipality’s strategic development goals.
Minimum Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelors Degree or National Diploma) in Architecture, Urban Design, or Town Planning.
- Current registration (or working toward registration) as a candidate professional planner, architect, or urban designer.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A valid Code B Driver’s License.
- Between 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Provide clear advice and technical information to stakeholders and the public.
- Support the department in meeting strategic development objectives and legal compliance.
