We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in the Free State through our learnership pipeline.
Role Purpose
As a Bank Better Champion, your main goal is to provide excellent service to our clients. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing branch queues, and assisting people with ATMs and self-service banking. This role is designed to help you gain the essential knowledge and skills needed to become a service consultant.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- A Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Certificate.
- No previous work experience is required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service within a retail or financial environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of how a bank branch operates.
Skills and Knowledge
- People Skills: You must be comfortable engaging with people and building positive relationships.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
