The Role

Are you passionate about beauty products? Do you enjoy helping people find the right skincare and makeup? We are looking for an energetic Beauty Advisor to join our team at the Dwarsloop Mall store. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for providing expert advice to our customers while maintaining a beautiful shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best beauty and skincare products.
  • Drive sales in the beauty department by providing professional service and suggesting additional items.
  • Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, product ranges, and active promotions.
  • Manage stock levels, minimize product loss, and ensure the department is clean and organized.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays look professional.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing friendly and visible service at all times.
  • Promote the Clicks ClubCard program and encourage new memberships.
  • Support the growth of our private label and exclusive beauty brands.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
  • Qualification: A beauty or skincare qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

  • A strong understanding of skincare and beauty products.
  • Basic knowledge of retail sales and merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident, engaging personality with a focus on customer service.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and a professional work ethic.
