The Role

Are you passionate about beauty and skincare? We are looking for a confident and engaging Beauty Assistant for our Ruimsig store. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager and provide expert advice to our customers, helping them find the best products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on beauty and skincare products to help customers make the right choices.
• Drive sales by promoting products, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product ranges, and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance and suggest ways to improve product offerings.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and general housekeeping.
• Manage stock effectively and help minimize product loss.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Promote the Clicks Clubcard program and sign up new members.
• Promote private label and exclusive brands to build customer loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• Qualifications: A beauty or skincare qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or a beauty environment is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of sales and merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet targets.
• Ability to work well under pressure and follow instructions.
