Role Overview
Are you passionate about beauty and skincare? We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Beauty Assistant to join our team at Clicks Winelands Square. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager and serve as an expert advisor to our customers, helping them find the best products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advice: Consult with customers to answer questions and provide professional advice on beauty and skincare products.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales within the beauty department by promoting products, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product ranges, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Department Maintenance: Manage stock levels, minimize product loss, and ensure the department is clean and well-organized.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all in-store displays and promotional materials meet company standards.
- Customer Service: Act as a brand ambassador by providing friendly, professional, and visible service at all times.
- Loyalty Program: Promote the Clicks Clubcard and encourage new members to join to reach participation goals.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential.
- A qualification in beauty or skincare is an advantage.
- Experience in retail, sales, or a beauty-related environment is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- A good understanding of selling and merchandising principles.
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure and follow instructions.
- Planning and organizational skills.
