Job Purpose
To meet daily production targets and maintain product quality while ensuring safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce bread products to meet daily targets.
- Maintain high quality and consistency of finished goods.
- Keep work area clean and organised.
- Follow all company rules, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with planned maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Record production data accurately and keep proper documentation.
- Adhere to SOPs, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Support food safety and health & safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexible and available to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Conditions
Work in a hot manufacturing environment with rotating shifts. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are part of the schedule, including night shifts.
