Role Overview
We are seeking a Short-term Broker Assistant to join our Ruimsig team. This role is focused on providing high-quality after-sales service and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for administrative tasks that support client retention and the efficient running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties and support the Broker with daily tasks.
- Prepare and maintain organized client files.
- Process client instructions and respond to queries promptly.
- Administer various short-term insurance products.
- Navigate and update CRM systems to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- RE 5 certification.
- NQF4 in Short-Term Insurance (150 Credits).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the short-term insurance industry.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, plus one other official South African language.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Office.
