Cadet Foreman Learnership (NQF4)
Stefanutti Stocks is one of South Africa’s leading multidisciplinary construction groups. We are proud to offer a Cadet Foreman (Earthworks/Civils) Learnership Programme for motivated Grade 12 learners who are ready to start a career in Civil Engineering.
About the Programme
This learnership is a blended program that combines classroom theory with practical, on-site experience. It is designed to give you a strong foundation in the construction industry through two main phases:
- Theory-First Training: You will begin with intensive classroom sessions followed by hands-on learning on a construction site.
- On-Site Practical’s: You will work under the supervision of a mentor and complete monthly workbooks to document your progress and practical skills.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Mathematics or Technical subjects will be considered an advantage.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must be able to pass a medical fitness examination.
- Must be willing to undergo a Learning Ability Battery test to determine your educational level.
