Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
- At least ten (10) years of post-qualification experience working as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- The ability to read and interpret technical manufacturing drawings.
- Essential knowledge and experience regarding the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act in the workplace.
- Proven experience in supervising staff.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP systems will be considered an advantage.
