CIT Driver – Worcester

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to safely transport crew members and custodians. You will be responsible for the secure collection and delivery of client funds, ensuring all proof of delivery and collection documentation is completed accurately.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Worcester, Western Cape
• Education: Matric
• Experience: 2 years in the security industry (experience with Fidelity is an advantage)

Minimum Requirements

• A clear criminal record.
• PSIRA Grade C registration.
• Valid Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate.
• Firearm competency for business purposes (Handgun).
• Valid Code C1 driver’s license with a professional driving permit (PDP).
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the safe transport and delivery of client money.
• Report any delays to the Operations Manager immediately.
• Maintain constant radio contact with controllers.
• Monitor surroundings to prevent incidents and report suspicious activity.
• Perform daily vehicle audits and complete safety checklists.
• Drive responsibly and document any vehicle incidents or accidents.
