Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Limpopo. The primary goal of this role is to maintain a clean, welcoming office environment while ensuring all health, safety, and company policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the office and building clean, tidy, and professional.
- Prepare and serve refreshments as needed.
- Strictly follow all health and safety regulations.
- Follow company policies regarding Human Resources and Financial procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 10 (Essential).
- Matric/Grade 12 (Highly desirable).
- A certificate in cleaning and hygiene is a plus.
Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience cleaning in a professional office environment.
- Strong understanding of general hygiene practices.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and how to use industrial cleaning equipment.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
Skills and Competencies
- Technical: Ability to operate office cleaning machinery.
- Behavioral: Able to follow instructions accurately, work well under pressure, and build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Personal: Proactive, reliable, and able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be in good health. This role requires physical activity, including walking, standing for long periods, climbing, lifting, and moving heavy objects or equipment.
