Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cleaner to maintain a clean and professional environment at our Vhembe West facilities. This role involves general cleaning duties to ensure the comfort and safety of staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean offices, storerooms, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms.
• Dust furniture, remove waste, and provide water during meetings.
• Refill water coolers and wash walls and windows.
• Clean and maintain kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Scrub and polish floors and clean restroom facilities.
• Operate cleaning machinery, such as vacuum cleaners.
• Ensure toilets are stocked with necessary supplies like toilet paper.
• Keep cleaning materials and equipment organized and in good condition.

Requirements

• A Grade 10 certificate or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
• Previous experience in a cleaning environment is an advantage.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills (ability to read and write).
