Job Opportunity: Administrative Clerk
TWK Agri is a leading agricultural company headquartered in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. We have a diverse range of business interests including forestry, grain, mechanization, financing, and insurance. We are currently looking for a professional and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for processing payments, reconciling bank and client accounts, and managing payroll records. You will also provide essential support to our HR department by managing documents and assisting with special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all payments accurately and within deadlines.
- Perform regular reconciliations for bank and client accounts.
- Manage client statements and respond to daily inquiries promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records using the SAGE 300 People system.
- Assist with basic HR administrative processes.
- Sort, receive, and file HR-related documentation.
- Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Requirements and Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- A relevant qualification in Finance, Payroll, or Administration is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and experience with financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAGE 300 People software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
