About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Picker / Packer / Checker to join our outbound operations team. The successful candidate will assemble customer orders accurately, ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble orders according to product description, quantity, batch and expiry date.
- Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) stock rotation and maintain batch traceability.
- Identify and correct errors, record them and report to the supervisor.
- Remove damaged stock from orders, record it and send to stock control.
- Use correct packing materials and warning labels as required.
- Pack away excess stock at the end of each shift.
- Retain all pick slips for future reference.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
Knowledge
- Familiarity with the in‑house Termlite system is a plus.
- Understanding of UPD SOPs for order assembly, checking and packing.

- Team player with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Education & Experience
Education: Grade 12 / NQF Level 3
Experience: Minimum 1 year in UPD outbound operations or a similar pharmaceutical environment.
