Job Summary
Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited is looking for a Field Marketer to manage sales and merchandising in small towns or centres with up to three chain stores. The role will be based in Rustenburg and will focus on increasing sales volumes, ensuring stock availability, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales volumes in stores.
- Prepare route plans and complete sales administration.
- Place orders and ensure constant stock availability.
- Minimise stock returns and maintain optimum shelf space.
- Ensure maximum presence to customers and arrange launches and promotional material.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Assist customers with sales procedures and address their needs.
- Observe and read customer preferences.
- Monitor and report on sales volumes and pricing.
- Record sales per outlet and product category.
- Implement negotiated pricing.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Basic computer literacy.
