Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria based on the grading levels below:
- Grade T11: Grade 12 (Matric) and currently studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Grade T12: A three-year degree or national diploma in Public Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience providing secretariat support to committees or subcommittees.
- A valid Code B driving license.
- Computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work after hours when necessary.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check and fingerprinting.
Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of executive meetings and administrative processes. Key duties include:
- Providing professional secretariat support to the Executive Committee and senior management.
- Managing all logistics and arrangements for convening meetings.
- Taking accurate minutes and guiding discussions according to official terms of reference.
- Drafting recommendations and resolutions based on meeting decisions.
- Creating action plans to ensure all resolutions are implemented effectively.
