About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Contact Centre Agent to join our Client Service team in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product and service information, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and make customer contacts, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Respond to enquiries with accurate and helpful information.
- Provide product and service details (accounts, results, etc.).
- Maintain professionalism and comply with industry quality standards.
- Research information using available resources for decision making.
- Escalate priority issues to supervisors and propose solutions.
- Follow up on customer contacts to increase loyalty.
- Complete administrative tasks to meet QA standards.
- Route customers to appropriate resources promptly.
- Adhere to statistical and quality requirements.
- Follow operational procedures and maintain a safe, tidy work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Understanding of business processes and services.
- Computer literate.
- Familiarity with contact centre industry standards and benchmarking.
