The Role
As a Cosmetic Frontshop Assistant, your main goal is to keep our cosmetic section looking its best and to provide excellent service to our customers. You will handle everything from stocking shelves to processing payments at the till, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep shelves fully stocked and neatly presented at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure all products are within their sell-by dates.
- Assist customers at the point of sale by processing cash, card, and voucher payments accurately.
- Provide friendly and helpful advice to customers regarding cosmetic products.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Ensure all price changes and line voids are correctly authorized.
- Follow all security and health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, specifically within a cosmetics environment.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- South African citizenship.
- A clear criminal and credit record.
- Reliable transport to and from the Culemborg store.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
