Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes. You will explain rules, terms, conditions, regulations, and procedures as needed. You will help customers during flight disruptions or cancellations, handle confidential information, and address complaints professionally and promptly. You will also raise any problematic issues to the on‑duty supervisor and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
- Experience in an airport or ticket sales environment (essential)
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts as required
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal English, including proper phone etiquette
- Conflict resolution skills
