About the Role

Join Hollywoodbets’ Purple Team and help deliver excellent customer care. This role is based in Umhlanga and focuses on resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints on phone, chat, email and social media.
  • Perform security checks and follow company procedures to resolve issues.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to close cases.
  • Meet quality assurance targets and improve service quality.
  • Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Escalate issues according to the internal process.
  • Support ad‑hoc operational tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good people‑management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Bonus: Betting knowledge and 6 months of contact‑centre experience.
