Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A recognized NQF level 7 qualification in Tourism or Social Sciences.
- At least five years of relevant working experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience at a supervisory or management level (Assistant Director level).
- A valid driver’s license (provisions will be made for persons with disabilities).
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth understanding of Universal Access and Community Development.
- Working knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and the Tourism Act.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
- Strong budget management skills and the ability to source funding for projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
