Job Purpose

The successful candidate will manage facility and administration services for inland offices. This includes overseeing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreements for the Head Office, ensuring building compliance, and managing property maintenance.

Requirements

• A National Diploma (NQF6) in Building Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in building or property management.
• At least three (3) of those years must be at a junior management level (Assistant Director or equivalent).
• Practical experience in managing office facilities and administrative services.
• Experience with Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreements.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates must have a solid understanding of the following:

• Project management and maintenance management.
• Public sector property frameworks (such as GIAMA and DPWI).
• Financial regulations including PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
• Building compliance, municipal billing, and utility management.
