Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A relevant three-year tertiary qualification (Degree or National Diploma) in Facility Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least eight years of relevant working experience. Candidates with previous managerial experience will have a distinct advantage.
• Licensing: A valid Code B driving license.
• Skills: Proficiency in computer use and office software.
• Clearance: You must undergo a criminal record check and provide fingerprints via the Tshwane Metro Police Department (at your own cost).

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
