Job Purpose
We are seeking a qualified and competent professional for a Senior Management position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of our higher education and training programmes.

Minimum Requirements
- An undergraduate degree (NQF 7) in Higher Education, Agricultural Management, or Agricultural Science.
- At least 5 years of experience in middle or senior management within the agricultural or higher education sectors.
- A valid driver’s license (or alternative transport for persons with disabilities).
- Successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-entry Programme (SMS) before appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage line functions for higher education and training.
- Oversee strategic management and organizational change.
- Direct financial and people management, including student affairs.
- Supervise the design, development, and delivery of innovative, industry-relevant academic programmes.
- Manage client services and engage with key industry stakeholders.
Required Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of legislation, regulatory frameworks, and policies related to higher education.
- Experience in developing higher education training policies.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and leadership.
- Expertise in people management and staff development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A solid understanding of higher education governance and accreditation processes.
