Key Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to administer all Discovery Invest products, including payments and handling phone and email queries from policyholders, financial advisors, and franchise partners.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all Discovery Invest products.
  • Handle phone and email queries and escalations from policyholders, financial advisors, and franchises with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a low error rate and strive for zero errors.
  • Obtain outstanding documentation and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with financial advisors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report workload statistics to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure all activities follow standard operating procedures and business rules.
  • Escalate complex issues and support resolution.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of system updates and enhancements.

Education and Experience

  • Matric (high school completion).
  • University degree.
  • Experience in investment and client service is advantageous.
