Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our Agronomy team. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality research, managing field experiments, and contributing to scientific publications that advance agricultural knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct relevant, high-quality research and ensure all project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate field experiments, including planning, data collection, and detailed analysis.
• Prepare and process data and conduct thorough literature reviews.
• Write and contribute to research papers for publication in refereed journals.
• Share project results through scientific conferences and peer-reviewed publications.
• Collaborate and engage with relevant project stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (SHE/OHS) policies.

Requirements

• A PhD in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Production, Agrometeorology, Plant Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Must have graduated with a PhD within the last five years.
• A proven track record of research published in high-impact factor journals.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• A proactive approach to career development and a commitment to the mentorship process.
