Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Worker to support our logistics and transport operations. The role involves cleaning government vehicles, assisting with loading and unloading, and providing general support to the transport office.

Requirements

• AET Level 4, Standard 7, Grade 9 report, or Grade 12 with at least six months of experience.
• Valid driver’s licence (PDP is an advantage).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak at least two languages.
• Customer‑focused attitude and initiative.
• Current or former EPWP participants and COVID‑19 contract officials are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Clean government vehicles and parking areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading of stock or furniture.
• Be on standby when required, including after hours and weekends.
• Support transport operations and deliver/collect vehicles to workshops.
• Assist the transport officer and perform other duties as directed.
