Role Purpose

As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide the guidance, roadmaps, and standards necessary for our digital growth. Your role is to help business and IT leaders make smart investment decisions. You will balance current operational needs with the long-term strategic vision of the organization to ensure we remain competitive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Create blueprints that describe the current and future state of the enterprise. Analyze business drivers and IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Innovation and Optimization: Recommend technology solutions that increase sustainability and prepare the company for future expansion.
• Architecture Oversight: Ensure that all architecture domains—including Business, Data, Applications, Technology, Infrastructure, and Security—work together cost-effectively.
• Project Guidance: Provide vision and technical insight for new projects. Define design patterns and reusable building blocks for solution architecture.
• Emerging Technology: Keep up to date with new technology trends and explain how they can benefit the business.
• Business Case Development: Assist with research and data collection to support feasibility studies and development projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years specifically in Business Process Design.
• Management: 3 to 5 years of experience in system management or a supervisory role.
• Certifications: TOGAF or Project Management certifications are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of technical solutions, process redesign methods, and enterprise tools.
