About the Role

The Agent will support the branch’s goals by delivering efficient, professional customer service in line with company quality procedures. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth rental experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of customer check‑in and check‑out transactions, following company, quality control, claims and accident procedures.
  • Create, amend, cancel and monitor reservations as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer queries in person and over the phone.
  • Perform general office duties: capture fuel, VRV’s, non‑revenue items, follow up on overdue rentals, scan documents, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, and record lost property recoveries.
  • Maintain security and quality control of vehicles and company property.
  • Identify and report expired licences, due service, and any other quality issues.
  • Keep the branch environment clean and well‑maintained.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested.

Minimum Experience

At least 2 years of front‑office or customer‑service experience.

Minimum Qualifications

NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent).

Essential Requirements

  • Code 8 driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willingness to work overtime, shifts, and weekends when required.
